rubber matting is another product being produced for a variety
of applications. The problem is how do you cut a 5/8"
sheet of rubber to a precise shape and fit so it can be used
for connecting floor mats. JIT is the place to come for such
an application. Our large format cutting beds can handle large
sheets of rubber and cut them to shape in just minutes. The
cutting kerf for this project was only ± .003 which
resulted in an invisible seam where the mats connect together.
The end result is a custom floor mat that can be laid out
in any configuration to meet the customer’s needs.
