Custom
motorcycles or "Theme Bikes" are now all the rage.
JIT provides custom, one-of-a-kind parts for such application.
This frame gusset was cut featuring a custom logo with great
detail. The problem was the gussets were welded into place
before the design was cut. Our client did not want to cut
the frame apart to remove the gusset. JIT was able to mount
the complete frame and position it under the cutting head
for processing. Because JIT was able to do this, the end result
was that we saved them hours in the fabrication process of
this project and gave this frame a one-of-a-kind look.
