Liquid Pour Laminating process fulfills Pharmaceutical Manufacturing requirements.
The manufacture of pharmaceutical containment booths or operator protection barriers many times requires a whole group of high tech specifications. In this case the manufacturer needed a high temperature ceramic glass, fabricated to a specific thickness and outside dimension as well as an arm hole portal cut to a specific diameter and located according to part drawings. JIT Companies has the capabilities to fulfill all of these specifications, and will complete the process for one-off fabrications. First of all the high temperature ceramic glass requires a liquid pour laminating process.

JIT Companies specializes in both liquid resin lamination and PVB laminating. Either process allows the designer to specify glass thickness necessary for the project. Once the glass is laminated to dimension JIT Companies will then water jet cut the arm hole portal to specification. Cold process waterjet cutting is the only way to cut laminated glass. To complete the project, the outside edge of the part and the inside edge of the arm portal are polished to specification. To insure safe transport to the manufacturer JIT custom designs and builds crate and packaging.
At JIT Companies we understand that in order for the manufacturer to meet deadlines the part needs to arrive unbroken the first time and every time it is delivered. Custom projects, such as this, have many variables. To make sure we understand all of your specifications and provide an accurate quote we have found it is most efficient if the customer sends us a drawing and then gives us a call to discuss the details. Our estimating team is excellent at listening to your needs.
