Industrial Letters

Cut from 1/8” hardened steel, these die cut letters are used to fabricate license plates. Waterjet cutting solved two problems for the customer:

• Required tolerances were maintained.
• Eliminated any adverse effects to the material such as warping or melting edges.

By solving these two problems, the license fabrication became more cost effective than when the die cut letters were laser cut or made with CNC machining.
