St. Thomas Chapel - 40,000 pounds of 655 Alloy Bronze
The artist's vision for this project was to have engraved lines across the face of these panels and doors. Due to the size of the panels in this artwork, conventional equipment would not have been able to produce what the artist had envisioned. JIT Waterjet, with our large format cutting capabilities, was able to etch deep lines into the material without cutting all the way through. We were able to achieve the quality and texture that was necessary in bringing all the artistic elements together for this project.
