Value Added Engineering
Our capabilities do not only include machines and their specifications, but the people with the technological know-how to accomplish the most cost-effective solution to your problem. What will the part ultimately be used for? What other processes are you planning? Will there be part-on-part contact? Will it be a net-fit inlay? By asking questions we can use our experience and expertise to advise you as to what process will be most cost-effective for you.
Programming
At JIT Waterjet our native language is Auto CAD. (version 2004) However, we are fluent in many programming languages. We can interpret drawings or artwork for waterjet cutting whether it is a PC based CAD file or a pencil drawn sketch on a napkin. Macintosh programs are also acceptable; however, you may need to contact the JIT Technology Department before forwarding any designs or drawings.
Edge
Quality
Pricing is directly related to the feed rate or speed
at which the material is waterjet cut. Please contact
us if you have questions regarding the feed rate that is best
for your project. We'll be happy to recommend your best, most economical
option.
